"I started at Body Design Personal Training a little over 8 months ago, in an attempt to achieve what I thought was nearly impossible, lose weight and learn how to lead a healthier lifestyle. I've started and stopped exercise routines and/or changed eating habits many times in the past, but basically I would yo-yo up and down with my weight. I was looking for a program that would provide me the accountability and road map to my goals and Body Design gave me this.  

The meal plan laid out has several choices for each meal time and I have found it fairly easy to find a food option that not only fits with the program, but also tastes good. The first week of workouts was pretty brutal, but the trainers and the other participants kept telling me that it would get better. I just stuck with the program and now after a little over 8 months I have lost 80 pounds of body weight, lost a total of 37 inches, added 11lbs of muscle and lost 18% body fat!  

The trainers at Body Design are encouraging, professional, and always push me to do more than I think that I am capable of doing. A. Members who follow our program typically lose 8-12 pounds of body fat per month. Individual member results will vary!

4. How does the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee work?

A. With enrollment in our Personal Training program, you're covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply put, if you are not satisfied with any personal training session, we'll provide you with a session credit, no questions asked.

5. What's the investment for a Body Design Personal Trainer?

A. Please request a consultation. We offer four different training programs, each with a different investment, based on your fitness goals and training duration. Discounts are available for prepaid plans. If paying for training upfront isn't feasible, we also offer convenient monthly plans.

6. Are Body Design trainers Qualified?

A. Yes, our Personal Trainers are some of the most qualified trainers in the industry. All Body Design Personal Trainers have received hands-on training, hold a nationally-accredited certification or an exercise degree, or have completed an in-depth personal training course at BDU.

7. Do I have to sign a long-term Agreement?

A. No. Our program is month-to-month after the first 3 months! Our minimum commitment is 3 months.
