"I started at Body Design Personal Training a little over 8 months ago, in an attempt to achieve what I thought was nearly impossible, lose weight and learn how to lead a healthier lifestyle. I've started and stopped exercise routines and/or changed eating habits many times in the past, but basically I would yo-yo up and down with my weight. I was looking for a program that would provide me the accountability and road map to my goals and Body Design gave me this.  

The meal plan laid out has several choices for each meal time and I have found it fairly easy to find a food option that not only fits with the program, but also tastes good. The first week of workouts was pretty brutal, but the trainers and the other participants kept telling me that it would get better. I just stuck with the program and now after a little over 8 months I have lost 80 pounds of body weight, lost a total of 37 inches, added 11lbs of muscle and lost 18% body fat!  

The trainers at Body Design are encouraging, professional, and always push me to do more than I think that I am capable of doing. I may look at them like they are crazy when they ask me to do something that I think I am incapable of doing, but they push me to do it and the next thing I know I'm actually doing it.
